About

Anne

I’m Anne — photographer, professional memory collector, nostalgic soul, and the kind of person who gets her best ideas at the most inconvenient moments. Usually when I’m driving, trying to fall asleep, or halfway through a coffee.

I live in Lede, a small and cosy Belgian town, with my husband Bert, our daughters Ona and Eve, and our two cats, Georges and Wolkje — who are convinced the house, the sofa, and probably the business belong to them.

I’m happiest around long tables filled with friends, on crisp autumn walks, or curled up on the sofa with chips, Cola Zero, and a binge-worthy series. Add chocolate, brunch, a good podcast, or a sauna day, and I’m very easily pleased.

My soundtrack is a slightly chaotic mix of nineties classics, Taylor Swift, and songs I will confidently sing along to without necessarily knowing the correct lyrics. I love films, fashion, art, nature, and wandering through museums — although I’ll probably spend just as much time looking at the light, the people, and the little moments happening around the artwork.

I’m a mix of sensitivity, humour, nostalgia, and creative chaos — and you’ll find all of that in my work too. I’m inspired by ordinary life: small rituals, genuine connection, beautiful imperfections, and everything that feels honest and unfiltered.

That’s also how I photograph people: warmly, intuitively, and with character. Creating images that feel like you — only with a little extra magic.

I truly believe I have the most beautiful job in the world.

Let’s create something worth remembering.
